さて、今9月議会が行われていますが、9月議会では昨年度の決算審査を行います。昨年度の9月議会は、議員になったばかりでしたので、前年度の予算がどのように使われたのか分かりませんでしたので、決算審査するのはとても難しかったのです。しかし今年は（昨年度の事業の予算審査はしていませんが）ある程度どんな事業をしていたのか、昨年度の補正予算の使われ方などは審議して分かりますので、昨年度よりは決算審査はしやすいのかなと思っています。
最近は、秋田市役所に来たついでに顔見に来たよ、という連絡を受けるようになってきて嬉しい限りです。秋田市役所の正面出入り口の待ちあいホールにある議員の名札の電子ビューアーをご確認いただき、名札がオレンジ色になっていればおりますのでお気軽に5階までお越しください！

Currently, the September session of the city council is in progress, where we are reviewing the financial results from the last fiscal year. During last year’s September session, I had just become a city council member, so I didn’t fully understand how the previous year’s budget had been used, which made it difficult to review the financial reports. However, this year, while I wasn’t involved in reviewing last year’s budget allocations, I have a better understanding of the projects and how the additional budget was spent, so I feel the review will be easier than last year.
Recently, I’ve been getting more messages from people saying, “I stopped by City Hall and thought I’d come say hi,” which makes me really happy. When you visit City Hall, check the electronic nameplate viewer at the waiting area by the front entrance. If my name is highlighted in orange, it means I’m here, so feel free to come up to the 5th floor and say hello!

Ahora estamos en la sesión de septiembre del consejo municipal, y en esta sesión estamos revisando los resultados financieros del año fiscal pasado. En la sesión de septiembre del año pasado, recién había sido elegido concejal, así que no entendía completamente cómo se había utilizado el presupuesto del año anterior, lo que hizo que la revisión fuera bastante difícil. Sin embargo, este año, aunque no participé en la revisión del presupuesto del año pasado, ahora entiendo mejor los proyectos y cómo se utilizaron los presupuestos adicionales, así que creo que la revisión será un poco más fácil que el año pasado.

Cuando visites el ayuntamiento, revisa el visor electrónico de los nombres en el área de espera de la entrada principal.
