県庁で次世代・女性活躍支援課に在籍していた時、県内の子育て関連のNPO団体や組織等をネットワーク化する、という事業を作って担当者として事業施行したのですが、その時に県南でできたネットワークが「つながるカフェ」という組織で、横手市を中心に積極的に活動しています。嬉しいのは、つながるカフェは組織としてより強固になり安定感を持って活動しているという点です。
これは、最初に集まった人たちの人間力だと思っています。ゆるすぎずキツすぎず、お互いに支え合って気にし合って、楽しく前に進む、そんな雰囲気を持っています。昨年もボランティアで本格的なコーヒーを提供するスペースをお手伝いしたのですが、今年は午後に予定が入っていて、朝の設営のボランティアで参加しました。1年ぶりにお会いする皆さんと楽しく交流して温かい気持ちになって帰ってきました。 何かの分野において、それに関連するNPOや団体をゆるくネットワーク化する手法は、秋田市でも事業化できると思っています。今後の参考にしていきたいと思います！

Volunteering at “Connecting Café”
During my time working at the Next Generation and Women’s Empowerment Division at the prefectural office, I had the responsibility of creating and implementing a project aimed at networking various NPO organizations and groups related to childcare within the prefecture. Through this project, a network was established in the southern part of the prefecture known as “Connecting Café,” which is actively engaged in activities primarily centered around Yokote City. What’s heartening to note is that Connecting Café has evolved into a more resilient organization, demonstrating stability in its activities.
I attribute this success to the collective qualities of the individuals who initially came together. They’ve created an atmosphere that strikes a balance between being relaxed and not overly strict, where they support and care for each other while moving forward joyfully. Last year, I volunteered to assist in setting up a space for providing high-quality coffee, and this year, despite having prior commitments in the afternoon, I participated as a morning volunteer for setup. Reuniting with everyone after a year, we enjoyed exchanging stories and left with warm feelings.
I believe that the approach of loosely networking NPOs and organizations related to a specific field can also be implemented successfully in Akita City. I look forward to using this as a reference for future endeavors!

Voluntariado en “Café Conexión”
Durante mi tiempo trabajando en la División de Próxima Generación y Empoderamiento de la Mujer en la oficina de la prefectura, tuve la responsabilidad de crear e implementar un proyecto destinado a establecer redes entre varias organizaciones sin fines de lucro (NPO) y grupos relacionados con el cuidado infantil dentro de la prefectura. A través de este proyecto, se estableció una red en la parte sur de la prefectura conocida como “Café Conexión,” que participa activamente en actividades centradas principalmente en la ciudad de Yokote. Lo que es reconfortante es que Café Conexión ha evolucionado en una organización más sólida, demostrando estabilidad en sus actividades.
Atribuyo este éxito a las cualidades colectivas de las personas que se unieron inicialmente. Han creado un ambiente que equilibra la relajación con no ser excesivamente estricto, donde se apoyan y cuidan mutuamente mientras avanzan con alegría. El año pasado, me ofrecí como voluntario para ayudar a configurar un espacio para ofrecer café de alta calidad, y este año, a pesar de tener compromisos previos por la tarde, participé como voluntario en la mañana para la preparación. Reunirme con todos después de un año fue un placer, disfrutamos intercambiando historias y nos fuimos con sentimientos cálidos. Creo que el enfoque de establecer redes de manera flexible entre NPO y organizaciones relacionadas con un campo específico también se puede implementar con éxito en la ciudad de Akita. ¡Espero utilizar esto como referencia para futuros proyectos!
