令和8（2026）年10月3日の午後、秋田市役所3階のセンタース洋室4で、福田博之県議会議員と「秋田県政・市政報告会」を開催しました。当日は約80人の方にお越しいただきました。お忙しい中、足を運んでくださった皆さんに、心より感謝申し上げます。
報告会では、まず福田県議から直近の県政の動向や取り組みについて報告し、続いて私から私の人となりを知ってもらうためにこれまでの経歴や職歴や経験を紹介した後に、市政についてお話ししました。県と市、それぞれの議会でどのようなことが議論されているのかを、一つの会場でお伝えする機会となりました。
暮らしの中で感じる困りごとは、「これは県のこと」「こちらは市のこと」と、きれいに分けられるものばかりではありません。だからこそ、県議と市議が一緒に報告し、地域の声を受け止めることには意味があると考えています。私自身も、県政の動きと市政との関わりを意識する機会になりました。
今回は、こちらから報告するだけでなく、皆さんから直接ご質問やご意見を伺うため、意見交換・質疑応答の時間も設けました。議会での議論を分かりやすく伝えることと、日々の暮らしの実感を聞くこと。その両方を重ねてこそ、政策と生活の距離を近づけられるのだと思います。
報告会を一度開いて終わりにせず、こうした対話の機会を積み重ね、これからの議会活動につなげていきたいと思います。福田県議とも連携しながら、県と市、それぞれの立場でできることに取り組んでまいります。ご参加くださった皆さん、開催にご協力くださった皆さん、ありがとうございました。
【English】October 3, 2026 — A Joint Update on Prefectural and City Affairs with Hiroyuki Fukuda
That afternoon, I held a public meeting with Akita Prefectural Assembly member Hiroyuki Fukuda at Akita City Hall’s Center-S. Around 80 people joined us—thank you for taking the time to come. Mr. Fukuda shared recent developments in prefectural affairs. I then introduced my background and work experience so people could get to know me better, before discussing city affairs.
Everyday concerns do not always fit neatly into prefectural or city responsibilities. Meeting together gave us a chance to explain the discussions in both assemblies and listen to residents’ concerns. We also set aside time for questions and an open exchange of views. Explaining our work clearly and hearing about people’s daily lives both help bring policy closer to the people it serves.
I will continue creating opportunities for dialogue and use what I learn in my council work. Working with Mr. Fukuda, I hope to address local needs through both prefectural and city efforts. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this meeting possible.
【Español】3 de octubre de 2026 — Encuentro sobre asuntos de la prefectura y la ciudad con Hiroyuki Fukuda
Esa tarde organicé un encuentro con Hiroyuki Fukuda, miembro de la asamblea prefectural de Akita, en el Center-S de la municipalidad. Nos acompañaron unas 80 personas. Muchas gracias por dedicar su tiempo a participar. El señor Fukuda presentó las novedades de la prefectura. Luego compartí mi trayectoria personal y laboral para que me conocieran mejor, antes de hablar sobre los asuntos de la ciudad.
Las preocupaciones de la vida diaria no siempre se pueden dividir claramente entre responsabilidades de la prefectura y de la municipalidad. Este encuentro nos permitió explicar lo que se debate en ambas instancias y escuchar a los vecinos. También hubo tiempo para preguntas e intercambio de opiniones. Explicar con claridad nuestro trabajo y conocer las experiencias cotidianas de la gente nos ayuda a responder mejor a sus necesidades.
Seguiré promoviendo estos espacios de diálogo y llevando lo aprendido a mi labor en el concejo municipal. Junto con el señor Fukuda, continuaré trabajando para atender las necesidades de la comunidad desde ambos niveles de gobierno. Gracias a quienes asistieron y colaboraron para hacer posible este encuentro.
