3月上旬に、秋田市子育て広場を訪問し、山崎純さんにお会いしてきました。山崎さんとの出会いは、2002年に私が秋田県ゆとり生活創造センター（遊学舎）で働いていたころにさかのぼります。当時、山崎さんは、子育て応援SeedというNPO法人を設立して、遊学舎にある非営利団体用オフィスを借りていたため、交流がありましたが、それからずっと経って、私が2021年に秋田県庁次世代・女性活躍支援課に在籍していた際に、子育て支援団体のネットワーク組織化を行う事業を行う際に再会し、そして大変お世話になりました。現在子育て応援Seedは、秋田市子育て広場（フォンテAKITA6階）を委託され、各種子育てイベントなどを開催しています。 山崎さんは、熱い想いと素晴らしいアイデアをお持ちの方で、秋田県の子育ての未来を一緒に語り合い始めると、あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまいます。今回は、県庁退職のご挨拶でしたが、またつながって何かしていきたいなと思いました！一緒に頑張りましょう！
Non-profit organization Kosodate Oen Seed
In early March, I visited the Akita City Child-rearing Center and met Ms. Jun Yamazaki. My acquaintance with Yamazaki dates back to when I worked at the Akita Prefecture Yutori Lifestyle Creation Center (Yugakusha) in 2002. At that time, Yamazaki had established a non-profit organization called “Kosodate Oen Seed” and was renting an office for non-profit organizations in Yugakusha, so we had some interaction. However, after that, it had been a long time since we last met. When I was working at the Next Generation and Women’s Active Participation Support Division of the Akita Prefectural Office in 2021, I met Yamazaki again when we were organizing a project to network parenting support groups, and I received a lot of help from her. Currently, “Kosodate Oen Seed” is entrusted with the Akita City Child-rearing Center (Fonte AKITA 6th floor) and holds various parenting events.
Organización sin fines de lucro llamada “Kosodate Oen Seed”
A principios de marzo, visité el Centro de Crianza de Niños de la Ciudad de Akita y conocí a Sra. Jun Yamazaki. Mi conocimiento previo de Yamazaki se remonta a cuando trabajé en el Centro de Creación de Estilos de Vida Yutori de la Prefectura de Akita (Yugakusha) en 2002. En aquel entonces, Yamazaki había establecido una organización sin fines de lucro llamada “Kosodate Oen Seed” y estaba alquilando una oficina para organizaciones sin fines de lucro en Yugakusha, por lo que tuvimos cierta interacción. Sin embargo, después de eso, había pasado mucho tiempo desde que nos vimos por última vez. Cuando estaba trabajando en la División de Apoyo a la Participación Activa de Mujeres y la Siguiente Generación de la Oficina Prefectural de Akita en 2021, volví a encontrarme con Yamazaki cuando estábamos organizando un proyecto para la creación de una red de grupos de apoyo a la crianza, y recibí mucha ayuda de ella. Actualmente, “Kosodate Oen Seed” tiene a su cargo el Centro de Crianza de Niños de la Ciudad de Akita (6º piso de Fonte AKITA) y lleva a cabo varios eventos de crianza.
