3月上旬に、友人の藤島美香子さんに20数年ぶりに連絡を久しぶりに取ったところ、なんだかワクワクすることをしていると聞いて、早速訪問してきました。彼女は、小学校、中学校、高校、大学が全部同じというご縁のある方で、しかも旦那様も同じ地元の同級生で夫婦共によく知っている非常に近い存在でありながら、連絡を取らないままあっという間に20年くらい経っていました。SNSを通して元気なのはなんとなく知っていましたが、中学校の部活（英語部でした！）仲間もさらに1人加わったからか、あっという間に数時間過ぎて、本当にびっくりしました。
自分は、「昔はああだったよね、こうだったよね」と思い出話を深めるタイプではなく、今はどんなことにチャレンジしているのか、どんな趣味を持っているのか、どんな音楽を聴いているのか、そんな話をしたいタイプなので、話に花が咲いてあっという間に時間が過ぎたのは、お互いにどんな未来やビジョンを持っていて、ワクワクすることを考えているのかを共有できたからだと思います。
友人の藤島美香子さんが作った「アトリエ＊さじ」は、新屋の個人宅の一角の小さな三角屋根の小屋。そこを子どもの特性や気質を知るため、完全予約制で個室対話ができるスペース・オフィスとしています。3人入ればいっぱいな感じの場所でしたが、彼女の雰囲気と内装の作りが相まって、ふわりとした温かい優しい空間となっています。ご興味ある方は、チェックしてみてください！
Atelier *Saji
In early March, I contacted my friend Mikako Fujishima for the first time in over 20 years and heard that she was doing something exciting. I immediately visited her and was surprised to find out that she had gone to the same elementary, middle, high school, and university as me. Furthermore, her husband was also a classmate from the same hometown, making them very close friends, but we had lost touch for about 20 years. I knew she was doing well through social media, but with the addition of a mutual friend from our English club in middle school, hours flew by and we had a wonderful time catching up. I’m not the type to reminisce about the past, but rather to talk about current challenges, hobbies, and music preferences. I think we had such a great time because we shared our future visions and what excites us. Mikako Fujishima’s “Atelier *Saji” is a small triangular-roofed hut in a corner of her newly built private residence. She has created a space for individual private conversations, where people can fully book to get to know the characteristics and temperament of children. A principios de marzo, contacté a mi amiga Mikako Fujishima por primera vez en más de 20 años y me enteré de que estaba haciendo algo emocionante. Inmediatamente la visité y me sorprendió descubrir que ella había asistido a la misma escuela primaria, secundaria, preparatoria y universidad que yo. Además, su esposo también era un compañero de clase del mismo pueblo, lo que los convertía en amigos muy cercanos, pero habíamos perdido el contacto durante unos 20 años. Sabía que le estaba yendo bien a través de las redes sociales, pero con la incorporación de una amiga en común de nuestro club de inglés en la secundaria, las horas pasaron volando y nos la pasamos muy bien poniéndonos al día. No soy del tipo que rememora el pasado, sino que prefiero hablar de los desafíos actuales, los hobbies y las preferencias musicales. Creo que lo pasamos tan bien porque compartimos nuestras visiones futuras y lo que nos emociona. El “Atelier *Saji” de Mikako Fujishima es una pequeña cabaña con techo triangular en una esquina de su residencia privada recién construida. Ha creado un espacio para conversaciones privadas individuales, donde las personas pueden reservar por completo para conocer las características y el temperamento de los niños. Aunque el espacio solo puede acomodar a tres personas, la atmósfera y el diseño interior crean un ambiente cálido y suave. ¡Si te interesa, échale un vistazo!
