私が議員になる前、2023年の3月に秋田日本語学院という日本語学校ができたということでお邪魔してお話を伺って、日本語を学ぶ外国人の方々に感動しました。そこからあっという間に時は過ぎ、この度同期の飯牟礼議員からお誘いを受けて、学校法人伊藤学園の学園祭＆オープンキャンパスに行ってきました。
学校法人伊藤学園は、秋田情報ビジネス専門学校、秋田社会福祉専門学校、秋田日本語学院の3つの学校を運営する学校法人で、秋田日本語学院は秋田市に唯一ある日本語学校です。学園祭はこれらの3つの専門学校のオープンキャンパスも兼ねていて、たくさんの人が来ていました。またキッチンカーや大道芸人や国際色豊かなダンスなどのステージがあり、盛り上がっていました。
秋田日本語学院のスペースにお邪魔して国際交流クイズを学生さんと楽しんできました。みんな日本語がうまくてビックリしました。11月16日に私が所属する秋田ユネスコ協会主催の外国人による日本語スピーチコンテストにも参加する方が何人かいましたのでとても楽しみだなと思いました。

I visited the Ito Gakuen School Festival.
Before I became a city council member, I visited Akita Japanese Language Institute in March 2023, when the school had just opened. I talked with the students and was very moved by how hard they were studying Japanese. Time passed quickly, and this time I was invited by my colleague, Councilor Iimure, to the school festival and open campus of Ito Gakuen.
Ito Gakuen operates three schools:
・Akita Information Business College
・Akita Social Welfare College
・Akita Japanese Language Institute
Akita Japanese Language Institute is the only Japanese language school in Akita City.
The school festival was also an open campus for all three schools, and many people came. There were food trucks, street performers, and dance shows with students from many countries. The event was very lively.
I visited the booth of the Akita Japanese Language Institute and enjoyed an international quiz with the students. Their Japanese skills were excellent, and I was really surprised. Some of the students also plan to join the Japanese Speech Contest for Foreign Residents, which will be held by the Akita UNESCO Association on November 16. I am looking forward to seeing them there.

Visité el festival escolar de Ito Gakuen.
Antes de ser regidor, visité el Instituto de Lengua Japonesa de Akita en marzo de 2023, cuando la escuela acababa de abrir. Hablé con los estudiantes y me impresionó ver cuánto esfuerzo ponían en aprender japonés. El tiempo pasó muy rápido, y esta vez fui invitado por mi colega, el regidor Iimure, al festival y a la jornada de puertas abiertas de Ito Gakuen.
Ito Gakuen administra tres centros educativos:
・El Colegio de Información y Negocios de Akita
・El Colegio de Bienestar Social de Akita
・El Instituto de Lengua Japonesa de Akita
El Instituto de Lengua Japonesa de Akita es la única escuela de japonés en la ciudad de Akita.
El festival también funcionó como jornada de puertas abiertas para las tres escuelas, y llegó mucha gente. Hubo food trucks, artistas callejeros y presentaciones de baile con estudiantes de varios países. El ambiente estuvo muy animado.
Visité el espacio del Instituto de Lengua Japonesa de Akita y disfruté un concurso de preguntas sobre intercambio internacional con los estudiantes. Su japonés era excelente y me sorprendió mucho. Algunas personas también participarán en el Concurso de Oratoria en Japonés para Extranjeros, organizado por la Asociación UNESCO de Akita el 16 de noviembre. Me alegra mucho y lo espero con ilusión.
