令和7年1月、新屋勝平地区で開催された「新春の集い」に参加し、地元の皆さまとともに新年を迎えることができました。地域の皆さまの温かい笑顔に包まれながら、今年一年の飛躍を誓い合う機会となり、大変嬉しく思っております。
今年は巳年、ヘビは古来より知恵と成長の象徴とされています。この象徴にちなみ、私たちも過去を「脱皮」し、新しい気持ちで地域の課題や目標に向き合う年にしたいと考えております。勝平地区は、人と人との絆が深く、地域が一丸となる強みを持っています。この力をさらに活かし、地域の発展に取り組んでまいりたいと思います。
私からも「いつでも、なんでも、お気軽にご相談ください」という言葉をお届けしました。地域の声をしっかりと受け止め、市民の皆さまとともにより良い秋田市を目指して活動していく所存です。

Participating in the 2025 New Year’s Gathering in the Araya Katsuhira District
In January 2025, I had the honor of attending the “New Year’s Gathering” held in the Araya Katsuhira District. It was a joy to celebrate the new year together with the warm and welcoming residents of our community. Surrounded by everyone’s smiles, it became a special moment to pledge for progress and growth throughout the year.
This year is the Year of the Snake, which has long been a symbol of wisdom and growth. Inspired by this, I hope we can “shed our old skin,” leaving the past behind, and face the challenges and goals of our community with a fresh mindset. The Katsuhira District is blessed with strong bonds between its people and a united community spirit. I want to build on this strength and continue working together for the development of our region.
I also shared a simple message with everyone: “Please feel free to reach out to me anytime about anything.” Listening to the voices of our community is my priority, and I am committed to working alongside all of you to create a better Akita City.
Finally, I sincerely wish everyone good health, happiness, and prosperity for the Katsuhira District in the year ahead. Thank you for your support, and let’s make this year a great one together!

Participación en la Reunión de Año Nuevo 2025 en el Distrito de Araya Katsuhira
En enero de 2025, tuve el honor de participar en la “Reunión de Año Nuevo” que se llevó a cabo en el distrito de Araya Katsuhira. Fue una alegría celebrar el nuevo año junto a los cálidos y acogedores residentes de nuestra comunidad. Rodeado por las sonrisas de todos, este momento se convirtió en una oportunidad especial para comprometernos con el progreso y el crecimiento a lo largo del año.
Este año es el Año de la Serpiente, un símbolo de sabiduría y crecimiento desde tiempos antiguos. Inspirándome en esto, espero que podamos “cambiar de piel”, dejando el pasado atrás, y enfrentar los desafíos y objetivos de nuestra comunidad con una mentalidad renovada. El distrito de Katsuhira tiene la suerte de contar con fuertes lazos entre su gente y un espíritu comunitario unido. Quiero aprovechar esta fortaleza y continuar trabajando juntos para el desarrollo de nuestra región.
También compartí un mensaje sencillo con todos: “Por favor, no duden en comunicarse conmigo en cualquier momento sobre cualquier tema.” Escuchar las voces de nuestra comunidad es mi prioridad, y estoy comprometido a trabajar junto a todos ustedes para construir una mejor ciudad de Akita.
