2024年（令和6年）3月1日（金）と3日（日）の2日間で、秋田公立美術大学附属高等学院と秋田市立秋田商業高等学校の卒業証書授与式に来賓で出席してきました。また、母校の卒業証書授与式にも下の娘の保護者として出席してきましたので3校の異なる式に参加したことになります。
美大附と秋商は甲乙付け難い素晴らしい卒業証書授与式で、あまりにも感動してしまい、この感動を誰に伝えていいかわからないので、忘れないように記します。
以下、箇条書きっぽいですが、感動したポイントなどを書いていきます。
秋田市立秋田商業高等学校
一言で言うなら「校訓である、感謝、勤勉、鍛錬 が息づく式典」
参加者：卒業生（223名）、在校生、先生、保護者が参加
感動ポイント：
・卒業生、先生方、在校生の全ての所作が完璧
ここで言う所作とは、動き方、お辞儀の角度、回転方向（回れ右）、当然ながら服装等のルールやマナー、国歌や校歌斉唱の音量です。
・先生の名前の読み上げと呼応する返事の「間」に信頼感を感じる
・在校生の送辞：先輩へ約束したことに「伝統を守る」という言葉があったこと
・卒業生の答辞：母校のさらなる発展を願う言葉があったこと
所感：「商業は人づくり」の精神で作り上げてきた伝統が生んだ最高傑作が卒業生であるという意識がある。先生も胸を張って送り出し、生徒も誇らしげであった。秋商ファンとしては最高の式典を見せていただいた。
秋田公立美術大学附属高等学院
一言で言うなら「「みんなが温かく見守る雰囲気が心をあたたかくする式典」
参加者：卒業生（25名）、先生、保護者が参加
感動ポイント：
・卒業式を、生徒、先生、保護者で一体となり作り上げようとする温かい雰囲気（一体感）
・校生の送辞：作品やアートを通して先輩達からメッセージを汲み取り、伝統を育む
・卒業生の答辞：先生方と保護者への心からの感謝に溢れている
所感：校長・美大学長の式辞が生徒たちへの愛情に溢れ、そして自由に翔け、良い旅を、という言葉（最高の言葉と思います）を使ったこと、生徒たち一人一人の凛々しい眼差しが印象的で、アートの持つ未来性を感じました。
母校（以下、読まなくてもいいです）
一言で言うなら「最高級素材を使っているのに腕の悪いシェフが料理の能書を延々とするレストラン」
県内で一番の伝統校なのに伝統が全く感じられない不思議さは、期待に胸を躍らせて入った店や映画のガッカリ感に似ている。
卒業生に配られた150周年のロゴが入ったプラスチックタンブラーが象徴的（ただのゴミですね。10、いや5年後に持っている人いないでしょコレ）
自分の娘を始め部活の同期の子たちはよく知っているので、素晴らしい素質の子たちであることは分かるからこそ、まったく式典からは伝わって来なかったのが残念。なんでだろう…？ 国歌、校歌斉唱は全く聞こえないし、回転方向バラバラだし、送辞、答辞という言葉は使っていないし、答辞噛みまくりだし、内容はから熱い思いや伝統は感じられないし、100%進学校の卒業生という存在から「卒業した瞬間（社会に出た瞬間）に、役立つものを何も持っていない恐ろしさ」を薄ら感じてしまった。
娘からは、入学してすぐ受験の戦いが始まっているという謎の圧だの、すぐ東北大の名前を出してくるだの、勉強しろというプレッシャーしかかけないだの、髪染めた生徒呼び出して圧かけるだの…私が学生のころと全く違う様子に、学校・教員側が何かおかしいと感じていました。どこを目指しているか…塾のような学校ではないですよね。生徒に自由に考えさせる余裕（先生が何もしない時間）があってこそ、生徒は自立とはなんぞやを考えるのだと思います。先生が何もしなくても生徒が自ら考えきちんと動く、勉強する、育つ、これが母校の伝統と思っていました。母校出身の先生までそのような伝統を忘れてしまっているのでしょうか。
とにかく、皆様ご卒業おめでとうございます。

On March 1st (Friday) and 3rd (Sunday), 2024, I attended the graduation ceremonies of Akita University of the Arts Affiliated High School and Akita Commercial High School as a guest. Additionally, I attended my alma mater’s graduation ceremony as a parent of my younger daughter, so I participated in three different ceremonies.
Akita Commercial High School:
To sum it up, it was a ceremony imbued with the school motto of gratitude, diligence, and training.
Participants: Graduates (223), current students, teachers, and parents.
Points of Impression:
-Impeccable demeanor of graduates, teachers, and current students.
Here, demeanor refers to movements, bow angles, direction of rotation (turning right), adherence to rules and manners regarding attire, as well as the volume of the national anthem and school song.
-Sense of trust between the reading of teachers’ names and the responses from students.
-Words in the farewell speech by current students included a promise to “uphold tradition” to their seniors.
-Words of graduates’ response expressed hopes for the further development of their alma mater.
Impressions: There was a consciousness that the graduates, the ultimate masterpiece born from the tradition nurtured by the spirit of “Commerce is about cultivating people,” were being sent off proudly by both teachers and students. As a fan of Akita Commercial High School, I was shown the best ceremony.
Akita University of the Arts Affiliated High School:
To sum it up, it was a ceremony with a warm atmosphere where everyone watches over each other warmly.
Participants: Graduates (25), teachers, and parents.
Points of Impression:
-A warm atmosphere created by students, teachers, and parents coming together to create the graduation ceremony (a sense of unity).
-Words in the farewell speech by students, who gleaned messages from their seniors through works and art to nurture tradition.
-Graduates’ response was filled with heartfelt gratitude towards the teachers and parents.
Impressions: He principal and university president’s address was filled with affection for the students, and using the words “fly freely and have a good journey” (which I think are the best words) resonated deeply. The dignified gaze of each student was impressive, and I felt the potential of art for the future.

El 1 de marzo (viernes) y el 3 de marzo (domingo) de 2024, asistí como invitado a las ceremonias de graduación de la Escuela Secundaria Afiliada a la Universidad de las Artes de Akita y la Escuela Secundaria Comercial de Akita. Además, asistí a la ceremonia de graduación de mi alma mater como padre de mi hija menor, por lo que participé en tres ceremonias diferentes.
Escuela Secundaria Comercial de Akita:
Para resumir, fue una ceremonia impregnada del lema escolar de gratitud, diligencia y entrenamiento.
Participantes: Graduados (223), estudiantes actuales, maestros y padres.
Puntos de impresión:
-Comportamiento impecable de graduados, maestros y estudiantes actuales.
Aquí, el comportamiento se refiere a movimientos, ángulos de inclinación, dirección de rotación (girar a la derecha), cumplimiento de reglas y modales con respecto a la vestimenta, así como el volumen del himno nacional y la canción escolar.
-Sentido de confianza entre la lectura de los nombres de los maestros y las respuestas de los estudiantes.
-Las palabras en el discurso de despedida de los estudiantes actuales incluyeron una promesa de “mantener la tradición” hacia sus mayores.
-Las palabras de la respuesta de los graduados expresaron esperanzas para el desarrollo adicional de su alma mater.
Impresiones: Hubo una conciencia de que los graduados, la obra maestra definitiva nacida de la tradición nutrida por el espíritu de “El comercio se trata de cultivar personas”, estaban siendo despedidos con orgullo tanto por maestros como por estudiantes. Como fanático de la Escuela Secundaria Comercial de Akita, se me mostró la mejor ceremonia.

Para resumir, fue una ceremonia con una atmósfera cálida donde todos se cuidan mutuamente con calidez.
Participantes: Graduados (25), maestros y padres.
Puntos de impresión:
-Una atmósfera cálida creada por estudiantes, maestros y padres que se unen para crear la ceremonia de graduación (un sentido de unidad).
-Las palabras en el discurso de despedida de los estudiantes, que sacaron mensajes de sus mayores a través de obras y arte para nutrir la tradición.
-La respuesta de los graduados estuvo llena de gratitud sincera hacia los maestros y padres.
Impresiones: El discurso del director y presidente de la universidad estuvo lleno de afecto hacia los estudiantes, y el uso de las palabras “vuela libremente y ten un buen viaje” (que creo que son las mejores palabras) resonó profundamente. La mirada digna de cada estudiante fue impresionante, y sentí el potencial del arte para el futuro.
