上北手地区コミュニティセンターがリニューアルし、竣工式典が開催されました。自分は、厚生委員会に属しておりますので、招待されました。ちょうど1反歩のサイズの敷地に、体育館の大きさはバドミントンコート1つが周囲に余裕のある状態で入るくらいで、会議室と調理室とトイレ、管理室がある、シンプルな1階建の施設でした。夜間の建物の外側の照明が特徴あり、建物全体が浮かび上がるように壁面を照らす間接照明となっており、遠くからでもわかるようになっていました。地域の人の強い要望により、前にあった場所から建て替えられ、使いやすくなったようです。上北手地区の佐藤宏悦議員もとても尽力したということで、たくさんの地元の方が笑顔で宏悦さんのところに挨拶しに来ている様子を見て、なんだか自分も嬉しくなりました。みんな笑顔の式典は嬉しいですね。

I attended the completion ceremony of the Kamikitate Community Center
The Kamikitate Community Center has been renovated, and a completion ceremony was held. I belong to the Welfare Committee, so I was invited to the event. The facility, a simple single-story building, is situated on a property roughly the size of a 50 meters by 20 meters. It includes a gymnasium large enough to fit a badminton court with ample space around it, meeting rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, and an office.
One distinctive feature is the exterior lighting of the building during the night, which includes indirect lighting on the walls, giving the entire structure an illuminated appearance, making it easily recognizable from a distance. It appears that the facility was rebuilt in response to strong demands from the local community and has become more user-friendly. Sato Koetsu, a council member from the Kamikitate district, is said to have put in a great deal of effort, and I was delighted to see many local residents greeting Koetsu with smiles, which made me feel happy too. A ceremony where everyone is smiling is truly wonderful.

Asistí a la ceremonia de inauguración del Centro Comunitario Kamikitate.
El Centro Comunitario Kamikitate ha sido renovado, y se celebró una ceremonia de inauguración. Perteneciendo al Comité de Bienestar, fui invitado al evento. La instalación, un edificio sencillo de una sola planta, está ubicada en una propiedad de aproximadamente 50 metros por 20 metros. Incluye un gimnasio lo suficientemente grande como para albergar una cancha de bádminton con espacio de sobra a su alrededor, salas de reuniones, una cocina, baños y una oficina. Una característica distintiva es la iluminación exterior del edificio durante la noche, que incluye iluminación indirecta en las paredes, lo que le da al edificio una apariencia iluminada y lo hace fácilmente reconocible desde la distancia. Parece que las renovaciones se llevaron a cabo en respuesta a fuertes demandas de la comunidad local y se ha vuelto más amigable para los usuarios.
