秋田には、サッカーJ2チームである「ブラウブリッツ」というチームがありますが、そのホームスタジアムの建設を巡ってまだ確定的ではない状態が続いています。恥ずかしながら、これまでに一度もゲーム観戦したことがなかったため、同じ会派の議員と現状のソユースタジアムの視察を兼ねて、モンテディオ山形を迎えてのホームゲームを観戦してきました。
先ず、スタジアムについて、スタジアム周辺の賑わいがすごく熱気にびっくりしましたが、ブルーのユニフォームをよく見ると山形のチームも混ざっていました。山形のチームカラーも秋田と同じようなブルーなので秋田のサポーターと間違えてしまいました。実際にスタジアムの中に入ると、断然山形のチームの応援が多いし、勢いや、声量、統率感、一体感が段違いに凄かった。一度J1を経験したチームは、サポーター愛が段違いなのだとか。
気になったのは、トイレの小ささ。秋田の人なら、「恥ずかしくて外部の人には見せられない」って言いそうなレベルでした。トイレを使うのに長い列になって並んでいて、小さな子どもを連れている人もいたので、ブラウブリッツ側で試合のある日だけ仮設トイレを設置するとか、秋田市で仮設トイレを冬季間以外常設するとか、早急に対応が必要なレベルだなと思いました。他には、駐車場が近くにないことと周辺部にコンビニも店もないので食べ物を買う選択肢が少ない（屋台しかない）ことが挙げられました。
試合は、1-1の引き分けでした！

Watching a Game at the Blaublitz Stadium
In Akita, there’s a J2 soccer team known as “Blaublitz,” and the construction of their home stadium remains uncertain. Regrettably, I had never attended a game before, so I took the opportunity, along with fellow party members, to visit Soyu Stadium and watch a home game against Montedio Yamagata as part of our fact-finding mission.
First and foremost, I was amazed by the bustling atmosphere around the stadium. However, I couldn’t help but notice that there were also fans of Yamagata’s team in blue uniforms. Since Yamagata’s team colors are similar to Akita’s blue, I mistook Yamagata supporters for Akita fans. Upon entering the stadium, it became evident that the Yamagata team had a significant presence in terms of support. Their enthusiasm, volume, organization, and unity in the stands were on a completely different level. It seems that teams that have experienced J1 status have an exceptional level of fan dedication.
One issue that caught my attention was the small size of the restrooms. They were so small that it seemed like something an Akita local might say, “I can’t show this to outsiders due to embarrassment.” There were long lines to use the restroom, and there were even parents with small children waiting. It struck me that Blaublitz should consider setting up temporary restrooms on game days or that the city of Akita should have permanent, non-winterized facilities available soon. Another concern was the lack of nearby parking and the absence of convenience stores or restaurants in the vicinity, leaving very few options for purchasing food (only food stalls were available).
The game ended in a 1-1 draw!

Viendo un Partido en el Estadio Blaublitz
En Akita, existe un equipo de fútbol de la J2 conocido como “Blaublitz,” y la construcción de su estadio local sigue siendo incierta. Lamentablemente, nunca había asistido a un partido antes, así que aproveché la oportunidad, junto con otros miembros del partido, para visitar el Estadio Soyu y presenciar un partido local contra Montedio Yamagata como parte de nuestra misión de investigación.
En primer lugar, me quedé asombrado por la animada atmósfera alrededor del estadio. Sin embargo, no pude evitar notar que también había seguidores del equipo de Yamagata vestidos con uniformes azules. Dado que los colores del equipo de Yamagata son similares al azul de Akita, confundí a los seguidores de Yamagata con los aficionados de Akita. Al entrar al estadio, quedó claro que el equipo de Yamagata tenía una presencia significativa en cuanto al apoyo. Su entusiasmo, volumen, organización y unidad en las gradas estaban en un nivel completamente diferente. Parece que los equipos que han experimentado la categoría J1 tienen un nivel excepcional de dedicación de sus aficionados.
Un problema que llamó mi atención fue el tamaño pequeño de los baños. Eran tan pequeños que parecía algo que un habitante de Akita podría decir: “No puedo mostrar esto a los forasteros por vergüenza.” Había largas filas para usar los baños, e incluso había padres con niños pequeños esperando. Me pareció que Blaublitz debería considerar la instalación de baños temporales los días de partido o que la ciudad de Akita debería proporcionar instalaciones permanentes y no invernales en un futuro cercano. Otra preocupación fue la falta de estacionamiento cercano y la ausencia de tiendas de conveniencia o restaurantes en los alrededores, lo que dejaba muy pocas opciones para comprar comida (solo había puestos de comida). ¡El partido terminó en un empate 1-1!
