7月大雨被害の被災者とボランティアをマッチングするため、秋田市社会福祉協議会が災害ボランティアセンターを設置しており、時間があれば災害ボランティアに行っておりますが、様々な県内企業さんから物資等の提供があります。常に三本珈琲提供のアイスコーヒーが置いてあり、ボランティア後にほとんどの方が飲んで行かれます。ある時はババヘラアイスが来て県外の方を楽しませてくれたり、東コミセンではZECCHINI PIZZA bancarellaさんが災害ボランティア活動をされた方にピザを無料配布してくださったりしています。今回は、たけや製パンさんが災害ボランティア活動をされた方にパン3つと水を無料配布してくださいました。あんぱん、ジャムパン、コーヒーパンの3種でした！特にコーヒーパンは、秋田出身の俳優柳葉敏郎が大好きなパンらしく、県外の方はこれを食べて地元に帰った後に、ギバちゃんのようにまた食べたい！と懐かしがってくださればいいなと思いました。たくさんの方の好意の積み重ねで災害の復興が少しずつ進んでいくんだなぁと、たくさんの方の思いに感謝した日でした。

In order to match volunteers with the victims of the July heavy rains, the Akita City Social Welfare Council has set up a Disaster Volunteer Center. Whenever I have some free time, I go there to help with disaster relief efforts. Various companies within the prefecture have been generously providing supplies and more. There’s always iced coffee from Mitsumoto Coffee ready for us, and almost everyone enjoys a cup after their volunteer work. At times, we’ve been treated to Baba Hera ice cream, which has brought joy to volunteers from outside the prefecture. At the East Community Center, ZECCHINI PIZZA bancarella has even distributed free pizza to those engaged in disaster volunteer activities.
This time, Takeya Bakery generously provided three types of bread and bottled water to individuals involved in disaster volunteer activities. They offered anpan (sweet red bean bun), jam-filled bread, and coffee bread. Particularly, the coffee bread is known to be a favorite of the actor Toshiro Yanagiba, who hails from Akita. It’s my hope that people from outside the prefecture who try it will feel nostalgic for it and want to enjoy it again, just like Giba-chan.
I realized on this day that the recovery from the disaster is gradually progressing, thanks to the accumulation of kindness from many people. It was a day of gratitude for the heartfelt contributions of so many individuals.

Regalo de Takeya Bakery
Con el fin de emparejar a los voluntarios con las víctimas de las intensas lluvias de julio, el Consejo de Bienestar Social de la Ciudad de Akita ha establecido un Centro de Voluntariado de Desastres. Siempre que tengo tiempo libre, voy allí para ayudar en las labores de socorro en caso de desastre. Varias empresas dentro de la prefectura han estado generosamente proporcionando suministros y más. Siempre tenemos café helado de Mitsumoto Coffee listo para nosotros, y casi todos disfrutan de una taza después de su trabajo voluntario. En ocasiones, nos han obsequiado helado de Baba Hera, lo que ha alegrado a los voluntarios de fuera de la prefectura. En el Centro Comunitario del Este, ZECCHINI PIZZA bancarella incluso ha distribuido pizza gratuita a quienes participan en actividades de voluntariado en caso de desastre.
